Health & Safety
It is the responsibility of the user and for the employer of the user to ensure that the correct safety wear is used. Read the following carefully and do a risk assessment of the work needed to be done. And adhere to the health and safety guidelines herewith.

EAR PROTECTION
EAR PROTECTION Always wear ear protection when using power tools for protection against noise and dust

EYE PROTECTION
EYE PROTECTION Always wear eye protection when sanding by hand or with power tools for the protection against flying particles and dust. A full face mask should be used with angle grinders

DUST MASK
DUST MASK Always wear a dust mask when sanding. Ensure you have the correct mask for the level of dust or fumes needed. Seek advice if needed from the mask manufacturers

Caution
Always wear eye protection, full dust mask and gloves during sanding and clearing away. Ensure power tools are unplugged from the electrical socket before fitting abrasives.

Special Precaution
When sanding pre 1960's painted surfaces and some modern enamels, clear away thoroughly after sanding as these paints and dust residue may contain lead which is harmful to adults, children and animals, and especially harmful to pregnant women and animals with serious potential harm to the unborn fetus. Always wear full protection when sanding and clearing away.
